This is an experimental application. It is not a commercial product.
Your conversations and training data are sent to a third-party LLM provider (Anthropic) for processing. Your messages, workout logs, and training plans are visible to the model. By using this app, you accept that your data passes through an external AI service.
We collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, user agent strings) through our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase). This is standard infrastructure logging, not behavioral tracking.
Your account data (profile, plans, workouts, chat history) is stored in a database hosted by Supabase. There are no analytics trackers, no advertising, and no data sold to third parties.
This app has no warranty. Use at your own risk. Do not rely on it for medical or safety-critical training decisions.
